Solved: Carb Question...

I want to thank everyone who helped me with this.  On Charle's suggestion I
removed the needles to determine if in fact the jet wasn't centered
properly, (it wasn't) and using the centering tool and a few judicious taps
from my brass mallet I get the piston thunking down to the bottom of the
chamber every time.
