Jim, Thanks for the diagnosis. I didn't know there was a rubber part on the harmonic balancer. How can I be sure ? I'm planning to take out the radiator and try to remove the harmonic balancer tonight. I don't have a socket to fit the bolt on the inside, I had it put on in a shop. Anybody know the socket size off the top of their head ? Cheers, Rick |
