I recently purchased a Buick 215 from a gentleman in Oklahoma City, OK. It
was a good price ($350) so I went ahead and purchased it. Now I need to
figure out how to get it back to me, as I'm in the Charleston, SC area.
Since driving is not really a option, around 24 hours each way, and
commercial truck freight companies want between 300 and 350 dollars, do I
have any other options? Does anyone out there have any experience with
shipping an engine?
Another option would be to find someone coming in this general direction with
a pickup truck, that would be willing to make some extra by bringing it with
them. Does anyone (or know of anyone) on the list have any plans of coming
in this direction this fall?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
