The only posi diffs I have seen were in V8 mustang II's, 74-78.  There are 
plenty of 8" rear axles in mavericks, Mustang II, Pinto, etc...  I am not 
sure what year they started building 8", may have also been in older 6-cyl 
mustangs and falcons.
