Hi Tony,

My rack is more forward than above the crossmember, leaving enough of a gap
to get your hand in - or a forearm stuck as a friend found out.  The front
face of the block i.e. where the front cover fits is just about in line with
the top front edge of the cross-member so the rack sits under the gap
between the front cover and pulley.
