I took a stab at deciding where the RPI settings fall on the Edelbrock chart
and then went one step leaner. Seems to run fine. But since it is really cold
out it will be spring before I really get it out much.

(For 4000 feet, I'd just try the next leaner needle/jet size in there, and
keep your foot out of it, unless you're at that altitude.)

I sure enjoy modern engine management. ;)

you really are going to need a wideband O2 sensor and gauge to sort
yourself out.  I did my TR-6 by trial and error and I think it took
about 6 months of fussing til I got it close to right.
