       Hi Glen,
                 Re: your friends 1975 Midget. Have your friend contact 
       Jaguar's US headquarters, which I believe is still in (correct me if 
       I'm wrong) Leonia NJ. They are "custodians" of the MG and other ex-BL 
       orphans. They recently did the seat belt recall on the late MGBs and 
       TR7s. They should be able to supply her with a letter of compliance.
