Along with the new head that the maroon is getting, I'm putting in a new
steering rack and replacing the bearings in the steering column.
My question is; without the alignment pointers so well defined and pictured
in both the Haynes and the Bentley books, what would be the easiest method
of setting them back up? Surely these are not readily and inexpensively
available tools and if they are, where?

I was kind of hoping it had something to do with the placement of the
tonneau cover snaps. But I didn't pick up my mail in time to make my reply
in a timely fashion, so there it is, out of context anyway. Nyah!
