That part I didn't know.  The liner notes only mention the title and author,
nothing about where it appeared.  Fascinating.  Great tune, nicely poetic
lyrics.  Peart was an English major, wasn't he?  It shows.

Yep.  Barchetta was the nickname of some model Ferrari.
