Midget rear brakes

OK, short question.  I know that disk and wire wheel Spridgets use 
different axle housings, halfshafts, etc.  What about rear brake 
components, specifically the shoes, wheel cylinders, and backing plates?  
This, BTW, is specifically with respect to a '72 and a '74.
