If you want more than pictures in the mind's eye, Lindsey Porter's MGB
Restoration book has a pretty thorough run through, with photo's and all, of
how to put one of these new Heritage bodyshells onto a donor car.

When I was over at the Heritage Motor Centre in Gaydon, I saw both an MGB
and a TR6 which had been fitted with new shells. They definitely looked
pretty nice. I also saw a few MGB-RV8's, which are built on the new shells
but with a new bumper design, some added body moldings, and an updated
leather/walnut interior (and, of course, a Rover V8/uprated suspension/etc).
