I'm a direct sort of fellow.  IMHO, and if you're talking REAL concourse
condition:  If you're selling it's $18K.  If you're buying it's more like
$14K.  If the seller is really a seller, you'll probably settle on $15K.  You
can move that up or down a couple of K on a whim depending on who's in what
mood.  Let the flames begin!
