AMEN!!   I wish I would have kept half of the "junk" midgets I bought for
$250 in the last ten years and had sold them now for $1000 to $2000.  Last
year I sold a rusted out 65 Sprite for $300.  Next to zero usable parts, but
I had a clean tittle.  With smog check II, I wish I had it back.
