Mine leaked like that when I first got it. The water was coming in through
the seal between the top and the top frame seal (upper edge of windshield
frame). A temporary fix is to install a couple of strips of weatherstripping.

Silly me, I thought that was the only leak, until I went for a drive during a
heavy rainstorm recently. Got some interesting looks when I showed up at a
museum with my left pant leg soaked and right leg dry. It was easy to see
where I'd been, though. Just follow the trail of water.
