On my experience with a Heritage shell. If the costs are similar stick with 
a repair to the old shell. It takes a lot of time and much more effort to 
make your bits fit a new shell. They are, and always have been, all 
different. I have particular problems with screen fit and the panel carrying 
pedal box and servos.
