Does anyone know the CO and HC limits for 1966 year-model
cars in CA?
Also, could someone send me the address for British Motor
Heritage one final time (a thousand thank yous for this).
The DMW says that if I can prove that the car is indeed
a 1965, they will allow me to register it as such....which
will save me lots of frustration.
Does BMH take VISA as payment? Or do you need to send them
an international money order.
I know this has been round and round the list...but I've been
stupid and haven't saved the information.
