I'll take this opportunity for a one-time only plug for what I really do
for a living. I'm a relocation specialist with RELO Horizon Real
Estate; I find people housing, moving companies, hotels, daycare, etc.

If you're thinking of moving from, say, Austin TX to Vancouver BC, or
just about anywhere else for that matter, give me a buzz. As I mentioned
in a private post to David, this service a) costs you nothing b)
obligates you in no way whatsoever and c) is a really good way to find
your next set of living quarters for you and your lbc. We try to tailor
agents to the specific client, and have a very good track record of
finding folks what they want.
Do I make money from this? Of course, but not from you. The agent I
refer you to pays me a bit, if and only if they find you what you want.
Again, that's my one and only plug for this. I'm not a big fan of using
this board for advertising, but I felt that, if you need what I do, you
should at least be aware that a fellow lbc'er might be able to help.
