Hi All!
This thread reminds me of one of my trips back from vacationing and
attending the autojumble at Beaulie (sp?). I had a large suitcase stuffed
with literature to an extent that I could hardly lift it. When I put it on
the scales at the airport I left a small part of one end resting on the
edge of the platform. It registered under somesort of weight limit I was
suppose to be below according to the airline policy. When the handler went
to move it could he made kind of a surprised face, double chcked the tag
put on it, shrugged his shoulders and put in on the conveyor without saying
a word.
