The wear in the bushings and throttle shafts is nearly always
asymmetric, since it comes mainly from the tension thrown off the
return spring.  If your ream the bushings for oversize throttle
shafts, the butterflys will almost always be eccentric and you won't
be able to get your mill to idle properly.  Rebushing requires
re-establishing the geometry of the throttle shaft, which requires a
mounting fixture, a milling machine and the knowledge of what the
geometry should be.

Apple Hydraulics re-bushes for $45 each, a bargain.
