I'm new to the e-mail thing and to MG's so have patience with me, please. I
have a friend that has a '75 Midget who's heat gauge is not working, we were
told that you could disconnect the wire to the temp. sending unit and ground
it to the engine (with the key on) if the gauge still didn't work then it's
time for a new gauge-is this true and if so, does anyone have a gauge they
would like to sell.
Just one more note-I drove to work this morning with the top down and back
home tonight in a snow storm.
