Don't laugh but a TD owning friend of mine who works at "Nuwmi" the GM/Toyoto
JV here has a 2CV....that looks new. Somehere (Bay Area) was bringing in
rebuilt ones from Mexico....they were essentially a new car with and old
floor pan that is pre 65 so the car titled that way. Very neat and I am sure
the others at the "Works" laughs at him!! I've seen several on the road
around here.
