IMHO one should always EXPECT to LOSE MONEY when it comes to owning a car.
The real issue is how much money you will lose. The advantage of a fully
depreciated MG is that you will lose LESS, but unless you are very lucky
you will lose!
If you do not lose too much money and have a fun car that provides you a
service, what more can you ask?
