okay, i feel about dumb...that thing WAS the wiper motor... thanks for
all the help! (and to a victoria british catalog that happened to be
handy for the sake of diagram) Maybe I'll have more questions about
what i find under the carpet/seats when i take those out this weekend
(this thing was parked in a field for three years, one can only be wary
at what crawled in)
