Has anyone seen the commercial for "The Challenge of Flight" advertised
on television? The advertisement is for a series of tapes on the
tribulations of military avaition, and one of the snips shows a man
bending down to check the front landing gear of a jet. It was dark, so I
suppose he did not see the jet intake. He got sucked into the engine
while sparks and 'debris' flew out of the back of the engine. The
caption at the bottom of the screen said "only minor injuries!" I wonder
if decapitation is considered a minor injury?
Oh yea - LBC content: Has anyone ever put a jet engine in an MG?
