Aron:

According to my calculations, a 155/80R13 tire is 6.1" wide, and has a
diameter of 22.76"

A 175/70R13 tire is 6.89" wide, with a diameter of 22.64"

Looks like the 175/70R13 tire would be the way to go, but you should measure
to make sure the extra 0.79" width is a not a problem. The 0.12" difference
in diameter should not be a problem. This is less than the normal wear over
the life of a set of tires.
