Always wanted one since I saw a brand new one in 1974 that was always
parked outside an office building I would pass on my walk to high
school. Recently found one and purchased it immediately. My first
dilemma is storage and second lack of funds to "do the right thing".
It is a 74 with a running drive train but rusty body. It's complete
but has not been on the road since 86 (?). It would be an ambitious
restoration or fantastic parts car. Would love to see go whole but will
part out if neccessary. The 5 original alloy wheels and twin cam Lotus
engine is worth twice what I'll sell for. $500 takes it and since it's
on my trailer in New Jersey (I live on Long Island in New York) I'd be
willing to transport and deliver within 100 miles or so at no
additional charge. That's worth a couple of hundred right there. If not
gone by a week from today I'll start parting out. I have no title but
do have info on last registered owner.
