TD prices are all over the map.  Good original cars can still be had
for $7500.  Over-restored garage queens will be offered for $25,000,
but I know no one foolish enough to pay that.  $8900 is a fair price,
but there are a lotta gotchas you have to watch out for.  "Older
restoration" often means a bad paint job meant to hide bad bodywork
required because the car came originally from Northeast Ohio or some
such rust haven.  The car is worth looking at, could turn out to be
nice and a good price, but outside of Hemmings (where people inflate
prices egregiously) it is nothing unusual.
