Hi all -

Thanks for all the help with my Midget clutch problems. After three weeks
up on jack stands (the car, not me!), I finally got everything put together
tonight, and she's running great, so far. Yes, that sounds cynical, but
I've had a string of small problems this summer. But now I'm looking
forward to the rest of the fall, at least.

For anyone interested in the clutch master cylinder pushrod length issue,
the replacement push rod from Moss is working great, despite being about an
inch shorter than the one that came out of the car. Go figure! Changing
the bushing and bolt in the release arm took up all of the slop in the
linkage. I may not have needed the new clutch disk, but that's one less
thing to worry about.

Anyway, thanks again, and I hope I don't need the sagely advice of the list
again too soon!
