B-V8 turbo in UK

Just browsing through Land Rover World magazine and in the classified
spotted an ad offering a "3500cc V8 turbo MGB 'Sebring' roadster
professionally rebuilt c.3,000 miles ago. . ." in trade for a L-R 90 station
wagon with cash either way.
 Anybody know of this B? It was BRIGHT yellow -- not that I have a L-R 90,
or cash, just interested in this car's story.
