When I first got the Midget, I would have gladly traded the SUs for
ANYTHING.  Three different mechanics could not get them operating right.
I finally bought the Haynes SU carb manual and rebuilt the SUs myself
four years ago (much cheaper than a new Weber).  Other than a bad grose
jet (recently), I haven't had any problems.

I'd be interested in knowing if anyone has swapped "good" SUs for a
Weber and noticed a significant improvement in performance(?).  But
then, if you had "good" SUs, why would you get rid of them in the first
place?

ONLY problem.
