Trailer tie down

 Being unable to find a small used trailer that didn't need major repairs
I'm having one built.  My S.O. said "I don't care as long as it comes out
of your car money" heh heh heh, LOVE her! It'll haul a bugeye or an MG and
it'll be red and ready next week. I can't wait!

I need a suggestion from the list as to tieing down a car once it's loaded.
 There must be a simple "nothing to it, just do it this way . . . . ."
solution.  Any help appreciated
