Picklestein had the same problem. The problem was related to the hi/low
stalk switch. I figured that I didn't need parking lights, so now my light
switch has low beams where the parking lights position is normally. The high
beams are now where
the normal headlights-on position used to be. Bottom line is that I didn't
want to fork over $80. This system works out fine even though I may someday
be labeled a DPO.
