Having read some threads on this list regarding why should one
want to own an MGB eg. they are not quick nor powerful; do not have exceptional
handling; and are not examples of timeless styling,
yet I am tempted to respond to an 1964 MGB original owner ad.
The car has been in storage 8 years and needs brake and clutch
hydraulic work (and probable a gas tank flush) and some other
misc. work. No rust,but one ding in the rear between trunk and
bumper which doesn,t affect the trunk lid operation. Is this a
car I would want to own, and for how much? The car is
a considerable distance away.
