In addition to being a Godsend  for filling the tranny.  Syringes are also 
useful for filling (or emptying) dashpots, hydraulic shocks, hydraulic jacks, 
clutch/brake reservoir and rear ends (uh, no puns intended).   Small ones can 
be picked up at your local pharmacy - ask for a feeding syringe - it should 
come with a few inches of tubing and set you back about $1.50.  I always keep 
a few in my toolbox.

Recently changed the trans oil in my '71 B.  My friend, and best mechanic in
the western hemisphere, had a device which I believe he called a fluid
injector ( actually a giant syringe).   He says these are readily available,
at least in the USA,  This device makes adding trans fluid relatively easy.
