Auto stores and Walmart type department stores sell a pump that fits the
top of a quart of oil.  It works like the pump on a bottle of ketchup. 
Attach a piece of hose to the end and stick it in the transmission
filler.  One push of the pump is about 1 oz.  These little things are
well worth the small expense of about 6 or 7 dollars.  I think the
company is something like lubrimatic.  It's the same company that
packages a bunch of grease guns and fittings.
