"A standard 1.5 inch (38mm) SU flows 146cfm on my
flowbench, radical modification of the butterfly
spindle gained 10 per cent more flow, while smoothing
and blending of the flow passage added a further 3
percent, resulting in a flow of around 165cfm. A
standard 1.75 inch (44.5mm) SU flows around 204cfm

... so, the flow can be substantially increased by mods
to the butterfly spindles (reduce the diameter between
the butterfly screws to create a 1mm airfoil ... some
folks even remove half of the spindle), but IMHO this
won't achieve a flow rate of 200cfm.

Susan, what additional mods are required to achieve 200cfm?
