Ben,
    There should be two cables that correlate with the two knobs on your
dash.  The knob that controls your heat supply should have a fairly long
cable that runs from the knob (of course) to your heater control valve.
That's the funny tower-looking thing that sticks out from your cylinder head
right above your dizzy.  The other knob controls the direction of the
airflow.  If memory serves me right, this cable runs into your heater box or
somewhere in that area.  I think you have to pull the heater box to get to
this part of the control.  Good luck, and let me know where the air control
cable hooks up at...Mine doesn't work either!  8-)
