I'm having a bear of a time adjusting the starting cable on my '59 MGA.
It seems to be binding and major force will not start it. I bought a
new cable and starter switch - no avail. The end at the coupler appears
to be kinked (sort of Z-shaped). I guess I am asking for a series of
tips/hints/suggestions on how to line everything up. I have to open the
hood each time I start the car - can be a real PITA in traffic. Thanks
