G'Day Folks:

I am still grappling with the ZS carb on my 80 LE

I am experiencing a seepage of fuel which appears on the bottom of the
float chamber. It seems this problem started when i replaced my auto
choke with a manual choke. On reflection, in afit of stupidity, for some
reason or other i adjusted the throttle lock screw (and in the process
broke off one side of the head).

a. What is the function of this screw and locknut?
b. What type of screw can be used to replace the broken screw (I am
reluctant to remove it and source it until I know more about it)? c. What
is the process for adjusting this screw/locknut combination? d. If this
screw were misadjusted could it result in the fuel seepaage problem?

Thanks for your help

Preston (going off to read the Haynes ZS book which only goes up to 76 and
does not specifically cover his carb)
