You may recall i made an unscientific test last week after there was a
lot of
discussion about how poor VBs service had become - since the most
damning
evidence came from folk who do a lot of business with them i have no
reason to doubt that there must be problems but just for fun i thought
id test it.
I ordered five items, a wire mesh air grille, a set of improved door
locks (which as far as i know only VB carry) 2 gaskets for the locks
and a set of threshold plates
I deliberately misquoted the part no for the gaskets just to see what
happened
It all arrived on saturday, (well i found it first thing this morning
so i assume it was saturday) making delivery time six days from my fax
order the previous sunday
It was all there including the correct gaskets
As i said, not scientific and certainly not challenging items but its
not terrible either
