I currently have a FRAM on my 73 B...Is this a year-specific problem?
I've noticed that my oil pressure guage jumps up with the first turn of the
key and the pressure and temp are fine even when HOT. Hmm..seems I have oil
everywhere it needs to be, even on start-up.
This is a stock, spin on filter set up, mind you. But I know that 73 was
somewhat unique, development-wise, (most of the best and little of the
worst).
What's with all this talk about bad filters and good filters?
Are you telling me that my pretty orange oil filter that matches nicely with
the "Blaze Red" is bad? Am I to assume that doom and gloom is appropriate
for my car? (I'm reading Al Gore's book now, as promised, hence my
paranoia... hehe)
