You might try getting your discs turned to knock off the slight waviness.
But it's usually caused by dust and the demise of asbestos brake pads. They
make some blue goo that is anti-squeal that is smeared on the backside of
the brake pad (around the caliper puck) that is supposed to limit the noise.
