TACH ERROR

Just replaced the voltage  stabilizer on the B/GT and all the readings are
double what they should be on the Tachometer.   The fuel gage seems to be
working OK but I wont find out until  I fill the tank.  Any suggetions would
be welcome.

Previously the  elect system was converted from pos to neg ground per the Moss
instructions and the Tach was converted.
