Well naturally Tom it is your bounden duty to do SOMETHING with this car
but it sounds perilously like a parts car - or at best a very ambitious
project
As a parts car, i guess $300 is a top-end price bearing in mind that
you'll have to haul it home - or pay someone to do it, but being an early
car, and especially if its a 69 (lots of unique bits!) you'll certainly
get your money back AND learn a lot taking the beast apart.
As a project.... well, being outside for ten years means basically a
total rebuild, it just wont be roadworthy even if it runs - and Lindsay
Porters famous understatement
"rust is always worse than it looks" is the ultimate truism concerning
Bs!
If it were me - i'd go for it, there isnt a lot of downside risk and a
certain amount of upside potential but bear in mind that if you decide to
make it a full restoration it will take a very long time OR -make that
AND/OR - cost mucho dinero....
