Shiftless MGA, parts needed

For an MGA, I need a shift remote control housing, possibly including the
shift lever.  I have one which is badly worn in the spherical seat for the
shift lever, as well as in the bores where the control rod rides.  And
while you're all looking, if you should actually happen to run across any
that aren't worn out, I could use two.
