I installed a 3/4" sway bar on the front of my '78 MGB. The usual suppliers
don't list the end stops brackets for a 3/4" bar, and one of the catalogs
advises to simply drill out the original 5/8" end stops to 3/4". I took my
brackets to the machinist, and he has not found a cheap/easy way to get hold
of the brackets to machine them-he can make up a fixture for the job, but
that runs into ridiculous labor for a cheap part.
Does anyone have a source for a pair of end stop brackets with 3/4" inside
diameter?
