What we have here is a DPO situation...

Hi Everyone. 
Ive taken the valve/plug out of my front lever arm shock and discovered what I
think may be a DPO situation. Does the large spring go ontop of the valve
spool, or under it? I thought for sure you put the spool in, then the large
spring, then the plug. Am I incorrect?? As I am about twenty miles from home
and in need of some dinner and sleep I would really like to put this back
together and get on the road-
