Dear Netters,

I have yet to receive my fender ordered in 98, however, after calling
three or four times and nagging, they finally gave me a shipping date and
a tracking number for the UPS shipment which should be here tomorrow or
thursday.
I also ordered trim for the fender from them two weeks ago and received it
in four or five days!!!!!!

I will let everyone know if I eventually get the fender. As for their
corporate structure, Phoenix distribution appears to be the parent
company. I suspect they are the warehouse and fill orders placed by TPMG.
If something is missed when they call the warehouse, then they probably
don't know about it until a customer bitches. Not too efficient IMHO, but
to their credit, they were always civil to me- I suppose they are used to
people complaining!
