Badge-engineering or not, I'm sure everyone is right, besides
us crazies there are probably a *lot* of closeted MG fanatics
here in the states. I remember one time having a fellow in a
big ugly Cam-aero stop me and ask how hard it was to get parts
for my car.
Now, if I was in charge of re-introducing the MG marque to the
colonies, I'd start off with a BRG Rover V-8 powered Can-am car,
and an MGF in GT3. A gamble yes, but still, a gamble BMW and
Porsche seem to think worthwhile.
Oh well, a pipe dream, but I'd love to be a team engineer on an
MG Can-am car.
