Should I be concerned?

After the threads on engines 'pissing' between plugs #2 and #3, I looked 
at my engine. It is seeping very small amounts of oil between plugs #1 
and #2 (between the head and block). 

ALso, I notice that the freeze plug under the engine number plate seems 
to be seeping a little coolant. 

Should I be immediately concerned about either of these items? There is 
no evidence of water contaminating the oil nor is there any great loss 
of coolant.
